Movies Coming Out This Friday:
The Back Up Plan: Starring Jennifer Lopez & Alex O’Loughlin
Summary: Zoe is tired of endless dating and ready to give up on ever finding “The One.” However, she is not ready to give up her desire to be a mother, and decides to have a child through artificial insemination. Of course, immediately after she acts on this decision, she meets the perfect man. Comedy ensues as the two begin dating and endure all the challenges of pregnancy that 9 months has to offer.
Preliminary Reviews: Not so great – poor plot, not realistic, major chick-flick
Take Note: Be aware that this movie will have a lot of sex-related material, both in reference to getting pregnant and to dating in general. Also, there is at least one instance where the main characters are in bed together attempting to have sex. Secular dating standards will be prevalent.
The Losers: Starring Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Zoe Saldana, & Chris Evans
Summary: “A tale of double cross and revenge, centered upon the members of an elite U.S. Special Forces unit sent into the Bolivian jungle on a search and destroy mission. Presumed dead, the group makes plans to even the score when they’re joined by the mysterious Aisha, a beautiful operative with her own agenda.
