Add Switch Girls to Your Friends List October 13, 2011

Now that Facebook has changed things around, you may not be seeing Switch Girls updates as frequently on your news feed.  You can change that by adding Switch Girls to a friend list.

If you haven’t used the list feature before, here’s how you do it:

Go to your Home page and click the “Lists” link on the left side bar. This will take you to a page where you can add friends to an existing list or create a new list.

To create a new list, click “Create a List” in the top right.  Type the name of your list in the pop up box and click “Create List.”
If you’d rather use a preset list title such as Close Friends, click that instead.

Click “Manage List” in the top right.  Click “Add/Remove” Friends.

Your list will pop up with pictures of your current friends. Click the ones you want to receive updates from.

When you are done, click the “Friends” tab in the top left and choose “Pages” in the drop down.  Click the pages you want to receive updates from.

Click “Done” in the bottom right corner of the box.

Once you have created the list, it will appear on the left side of your page.  If you hover your cursor over the list name, a little pencil will appear to the right.  Click on this to add the list to your favorites, which means it appears in the top of your left side bar (easier access).

Now when you go to Facebook, you can click the list you just created and receive a news feed just from the friends and pages you selected, including Switch Girls!
